Ranch dressing is my all-time favorite dressing. Everything from salad to chicken tenders is improved with a healthy drizzle of ranch. This homemade ranch seasoning mix is so incredibly easy to make, and is a great pantry staple. It is delicious in crockpot Mississippi pork or sprinkled over roasted potatoes and broccoli. There are endless different ways to use this!

This dry ranch mix is made with simple ingredients that you can find at your local grocery store. The secret ingredient that really takes this spice mix over the top is buttermilk powder. You can find powdered buttermilk in the baking aisle, near the condensed and powdered milk. Add some simple spices like onion powder, garlic powder and parsley, and this dry ranch seasoning mix is lightyears better than anything you can get from the store. The best part is it has no additives, preservatives or mystery ingredients. Store this ranch mix in a mason jar in the refrigerator, and it will last for months!

To make this homemade ranch seasoning recipe, you need the following simple ingredients (exact measurements are in the recipe card below): 

  • Powdered buttermilk: You can find dry buttermilk in the baking aisle of your local grocery store, near the powdered and condensed milk. Or order it from Amazon!
  • Dried parsley
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Dill

Instructions

Step One: Measure all ingredients out into a small bowl. Stir well to combine.

Step Two: Store the ranch powder in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and it will keep for several months!

Storage
