Blueberry Cornbread

– 1 ¼ cup white whole wheat flour plus a pinch – ¾ cup yellow cornmeal – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon salt – ⅔ cup white sugar – 1 egg – 1 cup milk – ⅓ cup butter melted – 2 cups fresh blueberries divided

Step 1

Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
