Arugula Burrata Salad With Balsamic Glaze

This simple arugula salad is taken to the next level with creamy burrata cheese and delicious homemade balsamic glaze. With lots of fresh  cherry tomatoes, this beautiful salad is perfect any time of year.


For the balsamic glaze – ½ cup balsamic vinegar – 2 tablespoons brown sugar For the salad – 5 ounces arugula – 12 ounces cherry tomatoes halved – 8 ounces burrata cheese – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – kosher salt to taste – fresh ground pepper to taste

Step 1

Gather the ingredients

Step 2

Simmer vinegar and sugar for 10-15 minutes to make balsamic glaze

Step 3

Cut all tomatoes in half; wash and dry arugula

Step 4

Arrange arugula on a large platter

Step 5

Add halved cherry tomatoes

Step 6

Pat dry the burrata cheese ball and add to top

Step 7

Cut the burrata cheese open

Step 8

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper

Step 9

Drizzle with balsamic glaze
