Brioche French Toast Casserole

Brioche french toast casserole is a delicious breakfast. Easy  enough for lazy Sunday mornings, but pretty enough for special  occasions, this is a versatile recipe your whole family  will love.


– 10 ounces brioche bread – ⅔ cup brown sugar – ½ cup butter melted – 1 cup milk – 6 eggs – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Step 1

Prep the ingredients

Step 2

Slice the bread into 1 inch cubes

Step 3

Mix together remaining ingredients to make custard

Step 4

Layer cubed bread in a medium baking dish

Step 5

Pour custard over bread. Bake right away, or refrigerate overnight.

Step 6

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes to an hour, until golden brown

Step 7

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and berries
