Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Goat cheese bruschetta is a perfect appetizer for  summer. With simple ingredients and tons of flavor, this fresh and tasty  recipe will be an instant favorite at all your summer gatherings.


– 12 ounces cherry tomatoes – ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (about 10 large leaves) – 2 tablespoons olive oil divided – 2 cloves garlic – ¼ teaspoon kosher salt – fresh ground black pepper to taste – 1 baguette – 4 ounces garlic and herb goat cheese – 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic glaze

Step 1

Gather the ingredients.

Step 2

Slice the tomatoes and basil. Mince the garlic.

Step 3

Mix all the bruschetta ingredients in a bowl.

Step 4

Slice the baguette and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 5

Toast the baguette under the broiler.

Step 6

Spread the toasted bread slices with goat cheese.

Step 7

Top each toast with the tomato mixture.

Step 8

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
